Since I can remember I have loved being in the kitchen with the delicious smell of homemade chocolate chip cookies. Over the past few years pastry arts has turned into a true passion of mine. I have dabbled in everything from the best chocolate cookies you will ever taste, to intricately decorated cookies and one-of-a-kind carved cakes. This blog serves as a way to chronicle my new adventures in the pastry world. I am self-taught and learn as I go, if you have a good trick or technique that you think would help, please let me know!
